Tory brings over 25 years of professional engineering experience, including 13 years as as a transportation engineer with the California dept of Transportation and 10 years with Cablecom. At Caltrans, he prepared plans, specifications and estimates afor roadway design projects. At Cablecom, he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility- including Permit Coordinator, OSP Engineer and Construction Supervisor. He then joined Tarrar Utility Consultants as a Manager Trainee. Finally, he worked as a Feasibility Coordinator for Imkat Homes.
