Tom Arcaya

Tom Arcaya joined the Giacalone Design Services, Inc Project Management team in January of 2001. Tom’s 20+ years of AutoCAD experience, along with his knowledge of the industry and the design process provides a balanced and comprehensive approach to the management of all types and sizes of projects. In his 20 years at Giacalone Design, Tom has become a specialist in the management of complicated multi-phased projects including rule 20’s, relocations and main line extensions. Tom is also skilled in providing clients with site evaluations and design pre-planning services.
